The common side-effects of GLYCOPYRROLATE+NEOSTIGMINE METHYLSULPHATE are pain, itching, swelling or redness around the site of injection, constipation, dry mouth, nausea, vomiting, visual disturbance, dizziness, diarrhoea, too much saliva, dryness of skin, increased pressure on the eye, stomach cramps, the uncontrolled need of passing urine. Most of these side effects of GLYCOPYRROLATE+NEOSTIGMINE METHYLSULPHATE do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. Do not use GLYCOPYRROLATE+NEOSTIGMINE METHYLSULPHATE if you are allergic to Glycopyrrolate, Neostigmine Methylsulphate, or other substances in this drug, or if you are receiving Suxamethonium, a muscle relaxant commonly used during surgery. It is also not suggested if you have difficulties passing urine, intestinal blockage, prolonged QT interval (irregular heart rhythm), or heart problems.
